We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags. A refund or store credit will be issued once we inspect and approve the return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@nvactive.co.za with your order number and reason. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Items on sale or part of limited drops are not eligible for returns.
